The Ordinary has launched a new out-of-home campaign emphasising the importance of slow shopping for Black Friday (29 November).
The ad, ‘Slowvember,’ devised by creative agency Uncommon, aims to encourage customers to shop mindfully and not overconsume this Black Friday.
According to the skincare brand, the campaign uses price tag stickers that read “Buy 1, get 2-for the price of 3” and “50% off the price they made up yesterday.”

The campaign uses word-based graphics following the style of The Ordinary’s previous campaign, which was also devised by Uncommon Creative Studio.
As part of its commitment to mindful consumption, The Ordinary is providing a discount of 23% off this month and will close down its website and physical stores on Black Friday.
The campaign will run throughout the UK and the US throughout November.
