London-based creative agency Neverland has collaborated with executive search firm The Blueprint to launch what it is calling ‘the first ever’ global creative agency franchise: Imagine Neverland.
Its “unique business model” will put its focus squarely on people over process, placing The Blueprint’s network of creative agency entrepreneurs at the centre of an all-new strategy.
The move will see franchisees being given exclusive access to a start-up package from Neverland in exchange for 25% of their business. The package will enable them to use the Neverland name and brand, alongside business advice and consultancy services.
The initiative will also include direct input from the independent agency’s founders Jon Forsyth and Simon Massey to help each franchise fund, launch and grow their brand.

“It’s hard to believe this hasn’t been done before. But it feels exactly like the kind of innovation that the industry needs to hero talent,” Forsyth said.
The inaugural two businesses set up via Imagine Neverland are set to open imminently, with a US firm sourced by The Blueprint to become operational in early 2025, followed by a European one.
The Blueprint founder and Imagine Neverland co-founder, Gareth Moss added: “I’m delighted to be on a mission to pinpoint the world’s best creative agency entrepreneurs.
“We’re building a next generation business model where clients benefit from partnering with the industry’s best while enjoying the ability and flexibility of a full-service independent network. At the same time, entrepreneurs are empowered to build the creative agency of their dreams, with the support and connection to a world-class international network.”
