VCCP Media has bolstered its leadership team with the appointment of LADBible’s former director of marketing and communications, Lindsay Turner, as its new managing director, alongside two other senior hires.
Joining Turner on the media agency’s leadership team will be head of new business Becky Marsh and head of people Kim Jamieson, who will help build on the existing work carried out by CEO James Shoreland and CSO Will Parrish.
Turner will now be tasked with delivering growth for the agency and ensuring its smooth operation, as well as attracting new talent and driving its marketing and communications.
On her appointment, Turner said: “The opportunity to grow an agency that is entrepreneurial, strategic, highly creative and embracing a challenger mentality is exciting.

“VCCP Media is unique as it sits at the heart of the biggest and best integrated agency in the UK. It’s an agency that is designed to bring a fresh approach that drives ambitious growth and culturally relevant campaigns for brands.”
Prior to her time at LADBible, Turner had served as Spark Foundry’s CEO, overseeing its 2019 merger with sister Publicis agency Blue 449, where she had previously worked as managing director.
Shoreland added: “Lindsay is the perfect match for us thanks to her challenger spirit and experience across multiple specialisms – from media agencies to media owners and marketing.
“She’ll bring a fresh, innovative perspective and help us continue on our integration journey. We’re building a winning team here at VCCP Media with Lindsay joining, as well as Becky and Kim’s promotions – I can’t wait to see where it takes us.”
