Global creative agency Iris has appointed Zoe Eagle as the new CEO of its London offices, with Katy Hopkins joining her as an executive creative director.
Eagle’s appointment comes as incumbent CEO Claire Humphris steps down after 25 years at the agency. Global chief creative officer, Grant Hunter also leaves his role after 20 years.
Eagle joins from international powerhouse Accenture Song, where she rose from managing partner to managing director and creative agency co-chief all in the space of three years. Hopkins makes the leap from House 337.
“Claire and Grant have been at the heart of Iris for decades, shaping the agency into the force it is today. Their vision, leadership, and creativity have been instrumental in building a legacy that will continue to thrive,” Iris Worldwide co-founder, Ian Millner said.

“While it’s always hard to say goodbye to such remarkable talent, I couldn’t be more excited about the future. Zoe and Katy bring a fresh perspective, a wealth of experience, and a shared passion for innovation that will propel Iris into its next chapter. Their combined expertise and creativity make them the perfect leaders to carry forward our mission of delivering impactful work for our clients.”
Both will now entrusted with guiding the agency through its ‘next phase’ of growth, as well as enhancing its creative output, and driving innovation to ensure that it remains competitive in a highly-contested market.
Eagle added: “Iris has a phenomenal legacy of creativity and fearlessness. After five years working at the intersection of creativity, consultancy and technology at Song, I’m incredibly excited to join this progressive team and entrepreneurial culture.
“Claire and Grant have left an indelible mark, and I’m eager to build on the strong foundation they’ve established. Together with Katy and the entire Iris team, I look forward to driving even more transformative work that drives growth for our clients and continues to shape the future of our industry.”
