Warner Bros. Pictures is celebrating the upcoming launch of Tim Burton’s long-awaited Beetlejuice sequel with a ‘ghoulish’ out-of-home takeover of Westfield Stratford City.
This latest campaign will look to build anticipation for the upcoming blockbuster, with ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice set to hit UK cinema screens from 6 September.
Running across Ocean Outdoor-owned media, the work will run across the firm’s prime Westfield Stratford City screens and will feature a black and white motif throughout in homage to Beetlejuice’s iconic black and white suit.

The campaign will also include a bespoke installation covering the entirety of the shopping centre’s Meridian Steps, featuring with a swarm of larger-than-life beetles and the message, ‘You’ve waited an eternity for this’.
Running for the next four weeks, the campaign was planned by both PHD and Kinetic and follows on from the film’s global partnership with Fanta to produce a all-new limited-edition flavour.
The sequel to the iconic 1988 horror comedy will see the return of the original’s main cast, including Michael Keaton who returns as Beetlejuice, Winona Ryder as Lydia Deetz and Catherine O’Hara as Delia Deetz.
