Global agency group Havas has acquired French data consultancy firm TED Consulting as it looks to enhance its use of data through unique expertise in AI powered hyper-automation.

By acquiring the Paris-based outfit, the agency will look to capitalise on its technical expertise and consulting knowledge to enable Havas Media’s Business Science division to accelerate its integration of AI technology.

The move will also allow the group to provide its clients with increasingly innovative solutions to support them in their transformation challenges by harnessing the power of AI and data.
