“Elliott is a brilliant creative who has already shown us some of the magic he can bring, while working with us as a freelancer on a few projects. We are excited to welcome him back to the team full-time,” Impero joint ECD Michael Scantlebury said.

Starr began his career at Leo Burnett London, and has won Cannes Young Lions twice, in 2014 and 2015.

Starr added: “I love what I do, and consider it a privilege I get to call this a living. Never is it more of a privilege, than when you’re busy actually making. In particular, making things that move people, and making them with great people. I’m excited about doing plenty of that with the lovely folks at Impero.”
