Omnicom Media Group appoints new DEI director

Omnicom Media Group (OMG) UK has appointed Kiran Bance as its new diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) director. She will take up her role effective immediately.

Bance will now be tasked with driving DEI strategy and implementation across OMG’s UK operations. She will work in close collaboration with the firm’s leadership and people teams, employee resource groups (ERGs) and partners.
