BMB’s chief creative officer Matt Lever has departed the London agency after a five-and-a-half-year stint, with chief executive Jason Cobbold telling Campaign that the firm would now look to restructure its senior creative team.
Lever’s departure comes amid a series of other personal changes at BMB, with with Flora Joll joining as the agency’s new head of strategy and Matt Bonny being promoted to the newly-created role of head of growth.
Joll will report into Cobbold when she takes up her new role in January and is set to work on a range of key BMB accounts including Samsung, Nike and the LTA. She joins from Creature London.

“We’re delighted to be welcoming Flora to the agency. From the moment we first met with her, the fit felt natural. Flora brings sharp perspective and ambition along with a healthy sense of humour to our business. We can’t wait to start our work with her,” Cobbold said.
Joll added: “I’m really excited about joining the team at BMB, heading up the agency’s strategic offer heading into the future, and being a part of making more great work.”
Taking on his new role immediately, Bonny will oversee BMB’s new business and marketing strategy. He leaves his role as head of account management after close to two years.
