Video conferencing tool Zoom has enlisted iconic US-based football commentator Andrés Cantor for a light-hearted new ad campaign to show off a slew of new features.

Produced by the Ryan Reynolds-owned digital marketing agency Maximum Effort, Zoom’s comedic spot plays on Cantor’s iconic ‘Gooooooooooooooooool’ commentary line, as he renames the service ‘Zoooooooommmm’.

Created to spotlight Zoom’s vast array of new features, which include Zoom Scheduler, Whiteboard and Team Chat – the creative also draws attention to the service’s new ‘AI Companion’, described by the firm as a ‘Generative AI assistant.’
