Digital marketing and communications firm Flight Story, co-founded by Steven Bartlett and Oliver Yonchev,  has named Tom Lindfalk as its new managing director of consulting, leading the agency ‘Flight Strategy’ proposition.

Having been part of Flight Story’s journey since its inception in October 2021, Lindfalk is considered to be the perfect fit for the role due to his unique understanding of the company’s vision and culture.

In his new position, Lindfalk will be tasked with driving Flight Story’s growth and profitability, implementing its strategy, overseeing client and company relationships, searching for new business opportunities and managing the operational process and policy developments.

Prior to joining Flight Story, Lindfalk had acted as a senior manager at PwC Consulting, working with a range of major brands including Natwest Group, LSEG, Sainsbury’s, Abrdn and Phoenix Group.
