Westfield appoints Alfred as its UK social media agency

Westfield has appointed Alfred as its retained social media agency for Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City.

Following a competitive six-way pitch process, Alfred will be tasked with delivering social media campaigns and content that promote the brand’s values and objectives, focusing specifically on connecting people and communities through shared experiences.

With a focus on TikTok, the agency will aim to create campaigns for both Westfield destinations in London to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and increase footfall.

Led by Richard Langrish, Alfred has a growing portfolio of digital and content clients including Amazon UK and Tours, Highland Park Whiskey, and Sainsbury’s Tu.
