PR firm Splendid Comms has restructured its senior leadership team aftrer registering strong organic growth throughout 2022 at 31%.
Former managing director, Niki Hunter Ekins has now taken on the role of group impact officer at the Splendid Collective, includes music and youth culture specialist Kingdom Collective and Riot Communications.
Chrissy Kellaway has been promoted to the media and operations director role and will assume day-to-day leadership of Splendid Comms alongside client partnerships director, Debi Clay-Moore and creative director, Fran Langdon.
“I believe passionately in the importance of a triple bottom line and am looking forward to building on the initiatives we already have in place and taking them across the Group to ensure we grow the Splendid Collective in a truly positive way. The agencies in the Group bring fresh, diverse and complementary thinking that can supercharge our growth and vision ambitions,” Hunter Ekins said.

The move follows a fruitful year for the business, which secured 16 new account wins including Burger King, Dorset Cereals, Ginsters, Twinings and Whitley Neill as well as striking a deal to absorb Riot Communications and Kingdom Collective.
