Creative agency M&C Saatchi has today promoted marketing director, Christi Tronetti to the newly-created role of head of growth as it looks to develop its new business and marketing capabilities.
Tronetti’s promotion follows a series of new business wins over the last few months, and in her new role she will look to deliver a step-change in organic growth centred around driving value for existing clients.
“Having worked in a number of key roles within M&C Saatchi Group, Christi has a real understanding of our brand and people, making her well placed to supercharge our growth,” M&C Saatchi London CEO, Camilla Kemp said.
“She is extremely driven and commercially savvy, and she has the strategic smarts and account handling skills to help us better connect with clients and understand the challenges they’re facing. Christi is obsessed with understanding clients’ business and what drives their growth, knowing it’s only by growing their business that we can grow ours. I’m really pleased to announce her promotion to this vital new role.”

Tronetti’s new responsibilities will include oversight for the agency’s overall growth strategy, leading the London new business and marketing team whilst working alongside a team of client partners.
Tronetti herself added: “This is a dream role for me, because new business and marketing is the most exciting department in any agency. You are exposed to the strategic challenges that clients are experiencing, at all levels and in all sectors, as well as being on top of the changes that are taking place in our industry and how they impact the business. Plus, you have a real opportunity to think of the agency as your brand, and the mandate to drive it forward.
“On a personal note, having just returned from maternity leave, I feel any time away from my daughter must be time well spent. This position is something I can sink my teeth into as it’s both challenging and rewarding. I’m really proud that I’ve been given this crucial role within the business, and that Camilla and the team are supporting me to succeed.”
