Iconic creative agency M&C Saatchi has this week bolstered its creative operations with the appointment of two new teams following a slew of new business wins at the close of 2022.
Creative duo Alex Lucas and Jon Farley cross the divide from Publicis-owned Saatchi & Saatchi, joining the firm as senior creatives. The pair had previously been a permanent fixture at London outfit adam&eveDDB before joining Saatchi & Saatchi in 2021.
The duo has won numerous awards for its work down the years, including two Cannes Lions for Harvey Nichols’ ‘Could I Be Any Clearer’ alongside three D&AD Pencils, two Campaign BIG Awards, and two EPICA Awards.
Newly-formed duo Holly Sutton-Williams and Dan Lacey also join as senior creatives, with Sutton-Williams switching from Colenso BBDO Auckland and Lacey leaving the freelance world for a more permanent role.

Both teams will report into creative partner, Guy Bradbury and executive creative director, Matt Lee. The duos will be placed across a number of key client accounts, and will be involved in securing new business wins.
“With a renewed vision and focus on raising the creative bar, we are thrilled to welcome the incredible talent of Alex and Jon and Holly and Dan to M&C Saatchi London,” Bradbury and Lee said.
“Both teams bring a wealth of experience and proven track record in creating distinctive, effective and award-winning work for brands including PlayStation, Marmite, John Lewis, Volkswagen and Mars. We can’t wait to unleash them on our existing clients and the new ones we hope to meet this year.”
