International agency Havas Creative has today (12 January) announced three major new appointments to its senior leadership team as it looks to expand its global footprint and develop integrated, cross-market growth.

These changes mark the first high-profile additions since Donna Murphy’s promotion to global CEO last year and serve to underline the agency network’s ambitions in the international space.

The new additions set to bolster the global senior team are as follows; former global chief marketing officer, Tracey Barber will now take up the global chief transformation and growth officer role and managing partner of global brands, Tamara Greene has been made managing director of global brands, both women take up newly-created roles.

In addition to these two internal promotions, Havas Creative has hired New York agency MRM’s senior vice-president, director of global communications, Jocelyn Weiss, appointing her to the global chief communications officer role.

“Havas’ ‘Village’ model is the most integrated in the business – and these appointments will bring these local centres of excellence, which focus on collaboration, not competition, together on a genuinely joined-up, at-scale, global level,” Murphy said.

“I’d like to congratulate Tracey and Tamara on their richly deserved promotions, and welcome a communications heavyweight in Jocelyn to the Havas family. It’s wonderful to see three brilliantly talented women take on such pivotal roles within our group – roles which will unlock real growth and drive client experience across the globe.”
