Omnichannel attention measurement company Amplified Intelligence has this week acquired attention verification firm Attentv Ads for an as yet undisclosed fee.
Specialising in in the tracking, analysis and verification of impression level data across mobile, web, and in-app environments, Attentv Ads’ extensive technological capabilities will serve to strengthen Amplified Intelligence’s existing services in the attention measurement sector.

Attentv’s CEO, Jason Cooper and chief technology officer, Philip Harris will bring their combined expertise to Amplified Intelligence, with Cooper set to be based in Sydney and Harris in London.
