Organic strengthens senior team with two internal promotions

London-based digital agency Organic has today (24 November) promoted two senior team members as it looks to continue on its growth trajectory.

Tim Burley, who had held the role of head of client services since November 2019 has been promoted to the client services director role, whilst former head of SEO Joe Ford has been made director of SEO.

Burley will now join the senior management team and will be responsible for building client relationships and driving future growth.

Leading the SEO team, Ford will now manage the strategic and executional direction of SEO across the agency alongside client and agency performance.

“I am thrilled to have been able to promote both Tim and Joe – they are both a pleasure to work with – erudite, strategic and fantastic client partners,” Organic CEO, Ben Scoggins said.

“They are both highly respected by their peers and fantastic additions to the senior leadership. I am looking forward to seeing where they help steer the direction and continued progress of the business.”

Burley himself added: “I joined Organic almost exactly three years ago, a few short months before the pandemic began.

“It’s been an amazing journey so far, and the agency has a great future ahead of it. I’m looking forward to playing a key role in the leadership team.”

Concluding, Ford said: “In the often-short lived world of agency jobs, I’ve been at Organic for a long time, and that’s because we have a shared vision of what a good agency should look like.
