M&C Saatchi London has appointed Sonia Hall to the newly created position of people partner.
The appointment from the agency comes as the company looks to further strengthen its people and culture strategy.
In her new role, Hall will work with M&C Saatchi London’s leadership team and UK people director to create a new people and culture plan that improves the delivery of the agency’s strategic business objectives. With a focus on accelerating the performance and careers of its people, Hall will work to further strengthen the firm’s people strategy and ‘transform’ colleague experience.
M&C Saatchi London wishes to build a ‘vibrant’ employer value proposition to help attract and retain talent.
The new people partner joins from Evoke Europe where she most recently held the position of senior HR director of people and culture, leading all aspects of operational and strategic HR and looking after five healthcare marketing agencies across Europe.
Due to Hall’s efforts, the company picked up multiple awards including The Sunday Times Best Places to Work.

“Our people are our most important asset, so this role is an incredibly important one for M&C Saatchi London,” M&C Saatchi London CEO, Camilla Kemp, said.
“During our recruitment process, Sonia wowed us with her boundless passion and her expansive experience in developing and implementing people and culture strategy. I’m excited to see how she drives positive change for the agency.”
Hall will also be tasked with implementing the agency’s UK diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, as well as producing a wellbeing strategy that will enable people to ‘thrive’ at work.
Hall herself added: “It’s such a privilege to be joining an agency with as rich and deep a history as M&C Saatchi London, which is already leading the industry when it comes to people policies and initiatives.
“I’m really looking forward to taking on a new role where I can partner closely with one agency to make a meaningful difference.”
