Ogilvy UK have been appointed as McCarthy Stone’s first full-service experience agency in a bid to help the brand focus on tech, data and strategy.
After winning a competitive pitch run by Oystercatchers, Ogilvy will now tackle the brief of supporting McCarthy Stone’s CRM and customer journey.
The creative agency’s goal is to maximise the data available, leverage the existing martech and transform conversion rates along the customer journey.
Hailed as the UK’s leading developer and manager of retirement communities, McCarthy Stone intends to create ‘aspirational’ retirement living and manages nearly 500 retirement communities across the UK. It also supports over 20,000 older people around the country and provides a range of property maintenance, care and support services.
