Havas CX helia, the French holding group’s customer engagement wing, has completed a £1 million top-down refurbishment of its Cirencester offices.

Taking five months to complete, the project has expanded the agency’s footprint by 30%, having been designed with post-pandemic hybrid working practices in mind.

The refurb has been designed around a ‘central hub’, aiming to transform the offices into a ‘destination’ space geared towards greater collaboration.

Havas CX helia’s refurbed Cirencester office gives the agency an additional space alongside its existing offices within Havas’ flagship King’s Cross Village.

“While flexible working is long-established at Havas – and our post-pandemic approach remains three days a week in the office, and two elsewhere – I believe we are more than the sum of our parts and produce our best work when we come together,” Havas CX helia co-president and managing director, David MacMillan said.

“For this reason, we’ve invested heavily in our workspace to create the best possible collaborative environment and creative culture for our teams and for our clients.

He concluded: “The UK is bigger than London – and we wanted to create the best office outside of the capital to continue to attract an unfair share of first-class talent. If you fancy joining us in our beautiful Cotswolds home, give me a call.”
