Regional private hire platform Veezu has this week revealed a new brand identity, with the creative process handled by customer experience agency, Initials CX.

Through this rebrand, Veezu will hope to further differentiate itself in what is a considerably crowded marketplace, with Initials CX’s primary remit being to drive bookings and app downloads.

Positioning itself as a hyper-local community partner, Veezu will look to communicate more effectively the positive role it can play by delivering rides to those truly in need of them.

Veezu already offers a range of community support services, such as providing university students with a safe ride home at night, with a ‘pay-later’ option, providing transport to NHS patients and working with local authorities to transport children and vulnerable adults.

Initials CX group account director, Julie Sexton added: “It has been so refreshing to work with the team at Veezu. It is a business that puts the community at the very heart of what it does.”
