Publicis makes a raft of leadership appointments to reinforce its global teams

Publicis Groupe has made several leadership appointments to ‘further reinforce’ its global teams.

The news follows the renewal of Arthur Sadoun’s mandate as Chairman and CEO of Publicis Groupe.

Among the raft of leadership appointments, Loris Nold, previously CEO Publicis Groupe APAC/MEA, will attain the newly created role of CEO for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Working for the ‘big six’ agency since 2003, Nold will now oversee all European operations and markets while continuing to supervise the Middle East and Africa.

The current Publicis Groupe North Asia CEO, Jane Lin-Baden, will become the CEO for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. She will become a member of the agency’s management committee and add oversight of South Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia to her
responsibilities.

Other appointments include Monica Gadsby as CEO Publicis Groupe Latin America, Amy Hadfield as director of global communications, and Talia Raviv as CEO of Publicis’ media platform PMX.

Nold, Lin-Baden and Gadsby will all work closely with leaders in their respective regions to ‘further strengthen’ the group’s county-led model, and utilise Publicis’ ‘unique capabilities’ in data, creative, media and technology.

“With the Directoire+ I’d like to congratulate Jane, Loris, Talia, Amy and Monica on their new roles. Every one of them has been at the heart of Publicis’ transformation with us over the past five years, and will continue to work with all of our managers and teams across the group as we further accelerate to lead the change in our industry,” Publicis chairman and CEO Arthur Sadoun said.
