Haribo launches summer campaign with nationwide activity tour

German confectionery brand Haribo has launched a new, interactive outdoor campaign to bring families together this summer with activations in London, Birmingham and Manchester.

Centred around a large, inflatable arena, Haribo ‘Hide ‘N’ Seeker’ will tour the country over the coming month – having started at Manchester’s Heaton Park last weekend (5-7 August), it will visit Birmingham’s Cannon Hill this weekend (12-14 August), before moving on to London’s Battersea Park next weekend (19-21 August).

Children taking part will be able to enjoy a range of activities include giant games of hide and seek, with prizes and Haribo products available.

This summer’s campaign is set become a regular event for the brand , with Haribo planning an annual experiential programme.

“Haribo is all about childlike happiness and always has been. We are excited to keep finding new and exciting ways to bring this to life for our consumers. This activity is the perfect addition to the campaign work we already do,” Haribo head of marketing, Phil Murphy said.

“The Haribo Hide N Seekers arena will attract people of all ages and bring childlike happiness to life!

“Friends and families that are looking for a fun-filled activity that they can enjoy for free should book their tickets online. It’s a great excuse to get outdoors and to play a classic family game but with a Haribo twist.

“As well as our giant inflatable arena, participants will also have access to our pick ‘n’ mix tent. After all, no Haribo activity would be complete without a selection of our tasty treats to try, share and enjoy!”
