WPP named a leader among ‘Global Digital Experience Service’ providers

WPP has been named a leader among Global Digital Experience Service providers by Forrester Research.

The ‘big six’ agency was chosen ahead of 14 of the ‘most significant’ service providers selected to take part in the evaluation.

The Forrester Research report identifies digital experiences that deliver ‘a great and consistent experience in every moment’ and recognises companies that have an ‘integrated ecosystem’.

WPP received the highest scores possible in nine areas, including customer experience strategy and insights services, digital marketing and digital commerce strategy and implementation services, along with immersive experiences.

The recognition also acknowledges the strengths of multiple WPP agencies including AKQA, Ogilvy, VMLY&R and Wunderman Thompson.
